CA. RAJESH MARWAHA (B.Com., F.C.A., D.I.S.A.) : Mr. Rajesh Marwaha is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has vast experience of 35 Years in practice in the field of consultancy of Direct and Indirect Taxes, Audits and handling corporate affairs in different areas. His area of specialisation is Direct Taxes, Goods and Services Tax, DVAT, Central Sales Tax, Service Tax, Non-profit organisations and issues relating to Co-operative Societies. He is a qualified Information System Auditor, having qualified DISA conducted by by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a valuation expert, having passed the certificate course on valuation conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also completed the certificate courses on Goods and Services Tax, Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention, Concurrent Audit of Banks and Business Sustainability conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also been on board a Public Sector Undertaking, as Independent Director for a period of three years from January 2017 to January 2020 in pursuance of appointment by Government of India. He has also qualified the self assessment test conducted by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs for becoming eligible for appointment as Independent Director in terms of provisions of Companies Act 2013 and is a lifetime registered member of Independent Directors Data Bank maintained by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

CA. Ms. RADHA P. BANGALI (M.Com., F.C.A.) : Ms. Radha P. Bangali is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2007. She is an able and expert practicing Chartered Accountant. Her areas of specialization are M.C.A. related Services, Accounting Services, Internal Audit etc. She is a valuation expert, having passed the certificate course on Valuation, conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is also a qualified concurrent auditor of Banks, having qualified the certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

CA. Ms. ANKITA MARWAHA (B.Com., F.C.A.) : Ms. Ankita Marwaha is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2015. She is a brilliant and energetic young practicing Chartered Accountant. Her areas of specialization are Transfer pricing and Direct Taxes, Audit, Personal Taxation etc.
